Combine baking soda, Epsom salt, sea salt, and essential oils (if using) in a container and stir well. Fill up tub with warm water, then add the mixture. Allow to dissolve, then soak for up to 45 minutes, once a week.
Epsom Salt Baking Soda Bath for Sore or Achy Muscles
The combination of Epsom salt with baking soda can help alleviate sore muscles while giving your body a boost of magnesium and sulfate.
